Hilding Anders appoints Xavier Peny as Chief Transformation Officer
Malmö, Sweden, 08 April 2021: Xavier Peny has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer of Hilding Anders with effect from 01 April 2021. Xavier will be part of Hilding Anders’ Executive Leadership Team and will act as a thought-partner to the respective Hilding Anders businesses to support the next phase of the Group’s transformation journey.
Xavier is an experienced and highly capable leader who brings more than 18 years of professional experience – both in Consulting and Corporate – across a wide range of industries and geographies. Xavier’s last position was as Global Head of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing & Sales for multinational ABB’s Industrial Automation business. Prior to this, Xavier was the Head of Business Performance & Transformation for a Chinese SOE active in oil and gas, Addax Petroleum (Sinopec Group).
Furthermore, Xavier spent 9 years at McKinsey & Company where he developed a significant track record in shaping strategies that delivered substantial impact, identified growth opportunities, and supported transformational performance improvements and turnarounds across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Middle East, with a focus on basic material, retail, and consumer goods.
